Our surveyors monitored the operation around the clock over several days to ensure all cargo was safely, securely, and properly stowed and lashed prior to the vessel’s departure into open sea.

TC Dragon.Pitch Problem? Fixed Fast. When TC Dragon experienced inaccurate CPP pitch readings—showing zero while still moving—our MS team boarded promptly. We diagnosed the issue by checking control stations in the wheelhouse and engine control room, then verified the actual pitch angle in the gearbox room. The root cause? Mismatched readings between indicators and actual pitch. Our team recalibrated and aligned all systems.

TC Venus - Vietnam.The MS team was urgently requested to board the vessel TC Venus in Vung Tau, Vietnam, to address issues with the Notifier fire alarm control system. We responded promptly and proceeded onboard to troubleshoot and identify the root causes of the problem. Upon inspection, we found that the fire alarm control system's program was corrupted, detectors were malfunctioning. The issues were addressed accordingly, and the system was successfully restored on May 22, 2025.

Jaka Tarub (Crude oil tanker from Indonesia).operating for Vaelula Energy, MS has reached a major milestone with the successful completion of the Quick Release Hook Tension and Control System project. This system had experienced chronic issues for years. The MS team stepped in to restore it to full operational status, in line with its original design. We supplied the HMI, PLC, and control system equipment, and also calibrated the load pin to bring the system back to proper working condition.

Rawabi Opal (Vessel from Indonesia).The soft starter for the power pack is damaged and cannot properly operate the winch motors. Repairing or replacing the same model is challenging due to its outdated design. Therefore, MS has proposed a brand-new soft starter model as a replacement. MS engineers boarded the vessel to install and configure the new soft starter to match the motor specifications. The work was successfully completed, and all winch functions have returned to normal.

Fire Fighting Pump. Another challenging problem, the 80% engine load limit is trigged, then cause the function of Fire Fighting Pump pump could not engage the pump and run as needed. We troubleshooted and finally found the cause from PLC input. Fixed the problem, engine is back to normal.
